Das System muss einmalig mit Schweröl versorgt werden, um die Anlage zu starten. Der Tank sorgt dafür, dass die Anlage nicht leer läuft und stehen bleibt.
Die Dampfmaschine wird mit Uran angereichertem Treibstoff betrieben, dies kann je nach Bedarf angepasst werden.
